    • Local talking therapy services 

      You can access your local talking therapy service which offers a range of free treatments for people aged over 16 who are experiencing symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression or low mood. 

      iTalk is a service for people registered with a GP in the following areas of Hampshire: Alton, Andover, Basingstoke, Bordon, Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, New Forest, Petersfield, Romsey and Winchester. You can self-refer online or by telephone 023 8038 3920. 

      TalkPlus is a service available to people who are registered with a GP in the following areas of Hampshire: Yateley, Fleet, Farnborough, Blackwater and Aldershot. You can self-refer online or telephone 01252 533355. 

      If you don’t live in Hampshire you can find local talking therapy services in your area at: nhs.uk/service-search/find-a-psychological-therapies-service/ or by contacting your GP.


    • Hampshire Domestic Abuse Service can be contacted on 0330 0165112 

      Available 9.30am – 8pm Monday to Friday

      An out of hours service is available outside these times for those who need emergency refuge accommodation.

      If the school has an MHST allocated, they deliver evidence-based interventions for mild to moderate mental health and emotional wellbeing needs within the education setting. This includes children on roll but who are struggling to access school for a MH reason, as interventions can be carried out off site from the school.

      MHST’s also support schools to embed a Whole School Approach (WSA) to supporting Wellbeing.

      Mental Health Forum for Education:

      These are for all primary, secondary and further education settings to access (regardless to if got MHST allocated). Aimed at School MH leads.

    • The Mental Health Triage Service in NHS 111 and across 999 Ambulance providing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access to Mental Health specialist advice, support and guidance to an ‘all age’ population across Hampshire.
