    • Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement RARPA is a means of validating the outcomes of programmes which do not result in qualifications or other outcomes certified by awarding bodies. Recognising and recording progress and achievement is a staged approach to ensure that the learner is at the centre of learning and the learner’s personal goals are recognised and count towards the success of their learning.
