Employability Courses
Employability Skills can be defined as the transferable skills needed by an individual to make them 'employable'. Along with good technical understanding and subject knowledge, employers often outline a set of core values, attitudes and skills that they want from their employees.
At Hampshire Achieves we have a team of experienced, qualified tutors who can offer a range of courses to help you into employment. This may be support to get back into employment, following redundancy or a break from the labour market, or even taking the first steps towards changing careers.
